Fixed-Rate Mortgages
For those who prefer a fixed rate, fixed term and fixed monthly payment, we offer Fixed-Rate Mortgage programs with a variety of terms. 

Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARMs)
We offer a range of Adjustable-Rate Mortgages, with competitive variable rates that start low and adjust after one year, three years, five years, or ten years in accordance with changes in a specified index. The period between one rate change and the next is called the adjustment period; a loan with an adjustment period of one year is called a one-year ARM, and the interest rate can change once every year. Barre Savings Bank offers one year, three year, five year, 5/1, and 10/1 ARMs.
